### **Syncing Journal Entries to QuickBooks/Xero/Netsuite**

<details>

<summary>My journal entry failed. Why? </summary>

There are many reasons a journal entry sync might fail.&#x20;

**1) The most common reason is a missing mapping in the Chart of Accounts page.** Please make sure all your tokens and/or wallets are mapped to an asset account, and your gas fees & realized gains/losses are also mapped. See [Map your Chart of Accounts](https://integral-treasury.gitbook.io/integral-treasury/start-guide/map-your-chart-of-accounts).

**2) For Xero users: Integral cannot push journal entries to "system accounts".** It is common for users to map their realized gains/losses to Xero's default system account for realized gains/losses. Please create a new "crypto realized gains/losses" account, and remap it under Chart of Accounts.&#x20;

**3) Your account currency is different that the default Integral currency.**&#x20;

<details>

<summary>I have a large transaction volume. Can I roll up my journal entries? </summary>

Yes! Navigate to Accounting Policies, enable "Journal Entry Bundling". Once enabled, select sum-up journal entries, the frequency of sum-ups, and the types of transactions to sum up. See [Customize Journal Entries](https://integral-treasury.gitbook.io/integral-treasury/start-guide/sync-to-your-erp/step-1-customize-journal-entries) for more details.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>How do I see what was synced to my ERP?</strong></summary>

All transactions synced to your ERP will show up in the “Synced” tab in the Bookkeeping page. A custom report is coming soon.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Can I change the category on transactions I already synced to my ERP?</strong></summary>

You cannot edit journal entries from Integral (yet!) and cannot edit transactions that have been synced. However, you can manually overwrite this. Navigate to Bookkeeping -> Synced tab. Bulk select the transactions you want to overwrite, and click "Unmark as Synced". This will place the transactions back into the Categorized tab. Here you can change the categories and resync the transactions. **Note: It is up to you to delete the previous journal entries in your ERP.**
